How PPM-Factory handles personal information on ppm-factory.com — what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.

Who we are
PPM-Factory is not a separate company: it is an offering of Triskell Software Switzerland Sàrl, Av. Louis Casaï 18, 1209 Geneva, Switzerland. Triskell Software Switzerland Sàrl is the data controller for this website and serves clients in Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Italy and the United Kingdom.

Information we collect
- Details you submit in the contact and quote forms: name, company, email address, optional phone number, enquiry type, chosen solution and plan, and your message. These details are securely stored in Lovable Cloud so our team can review and respond to your request. The confirmation page appears only after the request has been recorded. With your analytics consent, a successful submission event is sent to Google without your name, email address or message.
- Text you enter in the Solution Advisor: your portfolio challenge, plus the optional industry and portfolio or team size fields. This text is sent to an AI service to produce your recommendation and is not added to a marketing profile.
- Answers given in the online configurator, which runs on Scoreapp and is covered by their own privacy terms.
- Technical data our hosting provider records automatically to keep the site working and secure: IP address, browser and device type, referring URL, and the time of each request.
- Visit statistics (pages viewed, referring site, country, device type) collected with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, only if you click “Accept” in the cookie banner, so we can measure our campaigns. This site runs no advertising pixels and no social media trackers.
How we use information
- To answer your enquiry and send a quote, normally within one business day.
- To prepare a demo or scoping conversation tailored to your portfolio, industry and team size.
- To keep a record of our commercial relationship with you.
- To keep this site secure, available and working as intended.
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not build advertising profiles from it.
Legal basis
For visitors in the European Union we rely on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR — taking steps at your request before entering into a contract — and on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in operating a secure website and responding to enquiries. Where consent is the basis, such as future analytics cookies, you can withdraw it at any time.
For visitors in Switzerland the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) applies on the same principles.
Who else is involved
- Lovable — hosts this website and its documents and securely stores contact and quote requests in Lovable Cloud.
- Your email provider and our mail system — handle correspondence when you contact us directly by email.
- Lovable AI Gateway, routing to OpenAI — generates Solution Advisor recommendations.
- Scoreapp — hosts the configurator questionnaire.
- Google — serves the web fonts used on the pages.
- Some of these providers process data outside Switzerland and the European Union. Where they do, transfers rest on adequacy or on standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep information
- Enquiries and quote requests are kept for as long as needed to answer you and follow up, then deleted unless a contract or a legal obligation requires us to keep them.
- Solution Advisor text is processed to produce your recommendation and is not stored in a marketing profile.
- Session storage is cleared by your browser when you close the tab.
Your rights
- Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it.
- Object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and ask for your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw any consent you have given, at any time.
- Complain to a supervisory authority: in Switzerland the FDPIC, in the EU your local data protection authority.
Send your request to info@ppm-factory.com. We reply within 30 days and may ask you to confirm who you are first.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, access to systems is limited to people who need it, and we never ask for payment card, health or other sensitive information through this website.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when our practices change. The date at the top of the page shows the last revision.

Write to us and we will handle your request personally. If you prefer, ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to delete it.
